1/2 Cup strong espresso coffee
3 Cups sweetened regular coconut milk (not light)
1/3 Cup raw, local honey
1 Tsp clear stevia extract liquid
1/8 Tsp sea salt
1 Tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Tbl unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
Toasted walnuts for topping!
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and chill for 4-6 hours. Pour into canister of your ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions.
